Global Village is one of the most colorful and extravagant places in Dubai. In a huge area of ​​17,200,000 square feet, 27 pavilions have been built. These more than 75 structures are homes to countries with different cultures and traditions.

This year’s 29th season of this incredible Global Village event will run from October 16, 2024 to May 11, 2025.

Pavilions

This year’s pavilions attract with their fairy-tale architecture, colors and patterns, but they are most surprising with their size. In each pavilion, there are plenty of stands with goods that are supposed to represent a given geographical area. Here, we will find both food products and furs, Arabian perfumes, but also clothes, and even soap and jam. From Iranian carpets to Japanese kabuki masks, cashmere scarves, jewelry inspired by calligraphy, incense and oud. Not to mention honey and oils from around the world – Global Village is a feast for all the senses.

Dining at Global Village

This year, over 200 gastronomic points in various forms have been made available to visitors. Restaurants, cafes, food kiosks and food trucks with specialties from all over the world. You can spend the whole day here with your whole family and you will regret that you can’t try more 😉

Carnival

A true paradise for children with over 195 rides, games and attractions to discover. Extreme rides for adrenaline junkies and colourful, calm carousels just for the little ones. Carnaval also offers over 125 arcade games from modern virtual games to classics like baskets and darts. This place will make you smile as big as a giant plush banana!

Shows and events

More than 40,000 thrilling shows are scheduled throughout the Globaal Village, including children’s entertainment, cultural performances, international street performances, concerts on the main stage and unforgettable stunt shows with artists from around the world.

Laser shows

Every evening, a breathtaking feast for the eyes, Global Village invites you to the Laser Show on the Dragon Lake. The centerpiece of this wonderful village is a colorful lake, where a choreographed laser show combining water, light and movies takes place.

• Sunday – Wednesday 16:00 – 24:00 (gates close at 23:30)
• Thursday – Saturday and holidays 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (gates close at 12:30 PM)
• Tuesdays are reserved for families and women, unless it is a public holiday.
