Thank you for choosing our store. By booking tourist attractions through our website, you agree to its terms of use. Please read the following terms and procedures to ensure you fully understand the conditions of your preferred travel. All the conditions below apply to bookings made through our website, such as:

  1. Description of Services Provided Electronically
    Zako Tourism allows users to view and purchase tickets for tourist attractions, book accommodation for vacations, or rent a car through its operations.
    For each booking, we provide information regarding: the location, date and time, duration of the attraction/stay, price, and other important and necessary details for the proper and comfortable use of the selected offer.
  2. Prices
    Our policy provides standard prices and convenience for making online reservations. Unless otherwise specified, the prices listed on our website are charged per person and do not include tips for guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, drinks or meals, accommodation, room service, or laundry. Published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as increases in airfare, hotel rates, or transport costs.
  3. Payment Methods
    We accept nearly all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Prices for goods and services are quoted in Polish zloty or dirhams. Payment must be made by credit card. The customer has the option to pay via ZEN or STRIPE (https://stripe.com/en-pl).
    The website informs the customer of the deadline by which payment must be made for the order. To finalize the transaction, guests must provide their credit card number, which will appear as a charge on your statement.
  4. Payment Confirmation
    After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation via email. This can be printed and used as proof of payment to the service provider for the tour package. However, ensure that you provided the correct information regarding travel requirements at the time of booking.
  5. Cancellation and Refund Policies
    5.1 Cancellation
    ◾ Each attraction/rental/hotel is subject to its own cancellation policy. Before making a reservation for any attraction with Zako Tourism, the customer must review the cancellation policy for that attraction. The rules are specified separately for each attraction and are detailed in the attraction’s description. Purchasing an attraction signifies acceptance of the refund and cancellation policies.
    ◾ Combined tours can be canceled, but if any individual tour within the combination is canceled, the combined offer will no longer be available. In such cases, Zako Tourism will account for the price of the individual tour if it is not canceled and refund the remaining amount.
    ◾Visa fees are non-refundable after payment on the Zako Tourism website.
    ◾ When booking a combined package, ensure that all options for combined tours are available. If not, you will only be able to use the tours and services visible in the options.
    5.2 No-Show
    ◾ In the event of a no-show for a tour, no partial or full refund of the paid amount is available. The same condition applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or driver services. Similarly, changes to the date are not permitted for confirmed tours, airport transfers, or other travel-related services.
  6. Cancellation Procedures
    Before making a cancellation, we recommend thoroughly reviewing the cancellation policies for your tour package. To cancel all or any part of a reservation, a written cancellation notice must be sent to Zako Tourism. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will inform you via email, fax, or phone regarding the confirmation of the cancellation and any applicable fees. Zako Tourism is not responsible for any cancellation requests that are not received from you or not confirmed by us.
  7. Changes to Travel Plans
    The itineraries and services included in your package may change depending on local/weather conditions, flight schedules, and various other factors. If this occurs, we may provide suitable alternatives of similar value, subject to availability. Any changes to the travel plan are announced no later than before departure. Note that Zako Tourism reserves the right to make minor changes to the travel plan at any time without refund. Furthermore, refunds are not available in the event of serious occurrences such as floods or earthquakes.
  8. Hotel Accommodation and Check-in Policies
    If we are unable to secure accommodation at your chosen hotel, we will make every effort to provide you with an appropriate alternative of similar budget and standard. Check-in and check-out policies largely depend on the chosen hotel. Zako Tourism is not responsible for early or late check-in and check-out requests that are not honored by the hotel due to a tight schedule.
  9. Travel Insurance
    Zako Tourism is not responsible for any damage resulting from accidents, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage, or even trip cancellations. It is advisable for travelers to obtain travel insurance in case of unforeseen events.
  10. Travel Documents
    Each guest is required to bring the necessary documents for the tour, including a passport or valid ID. This is especially important for guests arriving from other countries. In case of loss or lack of appropriate documents, no refund is available. Similarly, passengers—regardless of nationality—are advised to contact their country’s consulate before their planned visit to obtain information about entry requirements. It is also important to check with the consulate for current visa and health requirements, as these may change without prior notice.
  11. Restrictions on Website Use
    All content on this site, including logos, images, tour package information, pricing details, and other relevant details, is owned by Zako Tourism. As a condition of using this site, you agree not to use this site or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegal purposes.
  12. Shipping and Delivery Policies
    Inclusion is mandatory and should include the following point (applies according to the products/services of the website). Recommended statement: “(Website) will not trade or deliver any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries as per the laws of the United Arab Emirates.”
  13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    Inclusion is mandatory and should include one of the following points: “All purchases, disputes, or claims arising from or related to this site will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.”
  14. Promotion Terms
    Any promotion organized by our company, Zako Tourism L.L.C., will include detailed information regarding the rules, duration, promotional pricing, and any exclusions from the promotion. The terms for complaints and cancellations apply as they do for regular sales.
