Itinerary
- Arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
- Present pre-booked tickets for entry.
- Follow the instructions provided by the staff and proceed to the elevator that will take you to the observation deck.
- Once you reach the observation deck, take your time to explore and enjoy the breathtaking views of Dubai.
- Take photos, use binoculars, and soak in the panoramic scenery.
- Purchase souvenirs, merchandise, or memorabilia to commemorate your visit.
- When you're ready to leave, take the elevator back down to the ground floor.
- Take some final photos of the exterior of the Burj Khalifa.
- Download the ticket from the dashboard.
- Present it at the ground floor counter for physical tickets.
- Collect your physical tickets.
- Scan them at the entrance turnstile to gain access to the Burj Khalifa.
- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
- Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
- The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
- Children between ages of 3 to 8 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
- Children above age 8 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
- Important note: At the Top + The Cafe , includes only 1 soft drink or 1 pastry, (Hot beverage is not included)
Important Update: Please note that the 124th, 125th, 148th, and 152nd levels of the Burj Khalifa will be operational from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM on December 31, 2024.
