Important Information
- Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you. During the activity.
- The Pass is valid for 1 person for the same day only. Retail, arcade games, F&B are not included.
- You can access each ride only once on Play DXB (Repetition not allowed).
- Digital Gate Card fees for visitors will be 5 AED at Play DXB and which is non-negotiable.
- Standard age, height and weight restrictions apply to each attraction and ride.
- The minimum height for adults should be over 120 cm and for children should be under 120 cm.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit.
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- The operator may deny entry to children traveling alone for safety concerns, so kindly follow the child policy at all times.
- Guests should be there 10 or 30 minutes before the scheduled time depending on your Booking.
- The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
- Pick-up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- Sharing transfers are available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
- The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Yes, you may produce an eVoucher at the time of your tour. However, it’s mandatory to carry a hard copy of the ticket or voucher when you visit a theme park or a popular landmark in the country. Without a valid voucher or ticket, your entry may be sometimes restricted. It is equally vital to ensure that you bring all relevant documents by way of ID proof (as required) for your tour.
This largely depends on the cancellation policies of your tour. However, some Tours are governed by Third Party Contracts and are liable as per third party policies. Normally it may take 7 working days.
Yes, it’s possible to make amendments in your travel arrangements. But make sure that you send us an amendment request and get it confirmed well in advance of your travel date. Also, please be informed that amendments will be accepted only in accordance with the respective tour’s terms and conditions.
