Itinerary
- A comfortable transfer vehicle will pick you up from your hotel lobby. Please be ready at the designated time.
- Arrive at the launch site and meet your experienced pilot and ballooning crew.
- Receive a safety briefing and an overview of the ballooning experience.
- Board the hot air balloon and enjoy a serene journey with panoramic views.
- Upon landing, receive a flight certificate signed by the pilot.
- Indulge in a lite refreshment .
- Board the transfer vehicle for your return to the hotel.

How to Redeem
- To redeem your voucher, please ensure you have your voucher copy handy with you and be ready for your pick up on time
- Approach a representative and display your voucher to them for verification.
Important Information
- Guests must carry a valid ID proof or passport. Passengers without a valid ID will not be allowed to fly.
- The guest’s valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for reservations, allowing us to communicate the pickup time and provide any updates regarding the tour.
- The Balloon Flights team will share the exact pickup time the day before the tour, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
- Be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as any delay could result in the cancellation of the entire flight.
- Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- The pick-up and drop-off times for shared transfers can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Children underfive years old and individuals over 80 years old will not be permitted to fly.
- The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge.
- Pregnant ladies will not be allowed to fly.
- A 100% NO SHOW fee applies if a guest cancels the tour at the last moment. No alternate tour will be arranged, and no refund will be provided.

This largely depends on the cancellation policies of your tour. However, some Tours are governed by Third Party Contracts and are liable as per third party policies. Normally it may take 7 working days.
