How to Redeem
- To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you.
- Approach the turnstiles and place your tickets against the scanner.
- Once scanned, you can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable trip.
Important Information
- Please carry a valid ID proof/Passport along with you.
- Pregnant ladies, any person who has Heart problem / serious knee & back pain, has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months must not participate in these activities.
- Kindly check child policy, height and weight guidelines before booking any option as each activity has different set of guidelines.
- Child up to 6 years of age is complementary Sharing the same seat with the Parents on SIC.
- IF extra seat is required for child, then child prices will apply.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
