- Arrive at the Dubai Ice Rink and proceed to the entrance.
- Attend a brief orientation or beginner's session, especially if you are new to ice skating, to learn the basics of skating and safety guidelines.
- Step onto the ice rink and start practicing your skating skills. Take your time to get comfortable on the ice and find your balance.
- Practice basic maneuvers such as gliding, stopping, and turning.
- Seek assistance from the rink's staff or instructors if you need guidance or tips to improve your skating technique.
- Consider participating in fun ice skating activities or games organized by the rink, if available.

How to Redeem
- Please download the ticket
- Reach the venue 30 minutes prior to the time slot booked
- Present the ticket at the counter and receive the entry band for access to the skating session
Important Information
- Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
- Transfer timings may be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- The ideal age to begin ice skating is 3 yrs. Children under 100cm must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will be given a complimentary helmet for their safety.
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- Please dress for winter and ensure your arms and legs are covered.
- Due to health and safety and the nature of ice skating being an extreme sport, long dresses, national dress, or any trailing clothing is not allowed.
- Guests are required to wear comfortable warm clothing, thick socks and gloves.
- Pregnant ladies, people with any physical injury are not allowed for this activity.
Important Update: Please note that the Dubai Ice Rink will be operational from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on December 31, 2024.

Yes, you may produce an eVoucher at the time of your tour. However, it’s mandatory to carry a hard copy of the ticket or voucher when you visit a theme park or a popular landmark in the country. Without a valid voucher or ticket, your entry may be sometimes restricted. It is equally vital to ensure that you bring all relevant documents by way of ID proof (as required) for your tour.
This largely depends on the cancellation policies of your tour. However, some Tours are governed by Third Party Contracts and are liable as per third party policies. Normally it may take 7 working days.
Yes, it’s possible to make amendments in your travel arrangements. But make sure that you send us an amendment request and get it confirmed well in advance of your travel date. Also, please be informed that amendments will be accepted only in accordance with the respective tour’s terms and conditions.
