- Please ensure that you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the designated showtime.
- The entry fee for tourists is 5 AED per ticket, while UAE residents are required to pay 30 AED using their NOL card. This fee is imposed by the Dubai Municipality.
- For regular seats, Monday, Friday, and Saturday at 11:00 am, as well as Friday at 6:00 pm, are on a free seating basis. It is advisable to arrive early to secure favorable seating.
- Please note that seating availability is subject to demand. In the event that the show reaches full capacity, guests will be requested to wait for the next available time slot.
- Child tickets are applicable for individuals aged 2 to 12 years. Children under 2 years of age can attend free of charge.
- For water activities, children must be at least 8 years old and possess confident swimming abilities.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
