Description
Dubai continues to
surprise the world with its new and unique attractions, and the Penguin Cove is
the newest of the lot. A part of the well-loved Dubai Aquarium, the Penguin
Cove is the new home to 16 Gentoo penguins (8 females and 8 males), which were
brought from a facility in the USA.
The Penguin Cove is a
special temperature-controlled facility that has been created to replicate the
Sub-Antarctic environmental conditions. To make the penguins feel right at
home, the temperature of the place is kept between 2 and 4 degree Celsius,
while the temperature of the water is kept between 5 and 7 degree Celsius.
There is also a special lighting system that mirrors the penguins’ annual light
cycle.

Important Information
- Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
- Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- Pregnant ladies or Children below 2 years are not allowed.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a guardian during the attraction visitor activity.
- Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 2 to 15 years must be accompanied by a participating adult.
- Children between age 2 to 15 will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.
Important Update: Please note that the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo will be operational from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on December 31, 2024.

Yes, you may produce an eVoucher at the time of your tour. However, it’s mandatory to carry a hard copy of the ticket or voucher when you visit a theme park or a popular landmark in the country. Without a valid voucher or ticket, your entry may be sometimes restricted. It is equally vital to ensure that you bring all relevant documents by way of ID proof (as required) for your tour.
This largely depends on the cancellation policies of your tour. However, some Tours are governed by Third Party Contracts and are liable as per third party policies. Normally it may take 7 working days.
Yes, it’s possible to make amendments in your travel arrangements. But make sure that you send us an amendment request and get it confirmed well in advance of your travel date. Also, please be informed that amendments will be accepted only in accordance with the respective tour’s terms and conditions.
