- Hop on the open-top double-decker bus and enjoy the panoramic views of Dubai's iconic landmarks and attractions.
- The bus provides pre-recorded commentary in multiple languages, providing information about the sights you pass by.
- The tour typically includes multiple routes, such as the Historic Tour (Red Route), the Modern Tour (Blue Route), and the Sunset and Night Tour. The three main routes are included in all packages.
- Some key attractions covered in the tour may include Al Seef, Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future, Dubai Frame, Atlantis The Palm, Dubai Creek, Dubai Marina, JBR The Beach, Mall of The Emirates and more.

- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children age 4 and under will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

- Children above age 15 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- Vouchers are redeemable at various City Sightseeing locations in the Dubai Mall (bus parking), the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo (ground floor and second floor), Atlantis, The Palm, the JBR Beach (close to KFC Restaurant), and Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
- Following the ticket redemption, guests can hop on at any designated attraction along the route. However, this does not apply to the Sunset and Night Tour, which operates as a single loop.
- City Sightseeing buses are wheelchair-accessible.

Without a valid voucher or ticket, your entry may be sometimes restricted. It is equally vital to ensure that you bring all relevant documents by way of ID proof (as required) for your tour.
This largely depends on the cancellation policies of your tour. However, some Tours are governed by Third Party Contracts and are liable as per third party policies. Normally it may take 7 working days.
