What the price includes
- Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive your ticket via email. To redeem your ticket, visit the ticket office at Avenues at Atlantis to receive your wristband, which you can use to enter the attraction.
- Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult who is at least 21 years old.
- For every adult with a valid ticket, one infant (under three years old) receives a free ticket.
- When purchasing a ticket for a child or infant, you must show proof of age at the entrance.
- Tickets are valid for six months from your originally selected travel date.
- If you are unable to use your ticket at all, for any reason, it will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will give you the option to rebook to any other date within the next six months.
- Each flight lasts 10 minutes, but remember that there is a safety briefing before takeoff. Depending on the queue, loading and unloading times, the whole experience may take a little longer.
For guests arriving from outside by taxi, the drop-off point is at The Avenues, where a staff member will escort you to the check-in desk.
If you are driving, park at Aquaventure Waterpark and hop on the shuttle bus to the ticket counter. Alternatively, you can hop on the monorail and take the scenic route straight to The Dubai Balloon!

You will be given a unique booking reference number which can be found on your voucher. The booking reference number will usually start with RT followed by the reference number.
Pick-up and drop-off is mainly from centrally located hotels and apartments. You have the option of private transport.
