Itinerary
- Upon arrival, check in at the watersports center and complete any necessary registration or waivers.
- Attend a safety briefing and receive the required safety gear, which may include life jackets and helmets, to ensure your safety during the Seakart ride.
- Get familiarized with the Seakart, which is a unique combination of a speedboat and a jet ski, known for its thrilling performance on the water.
- Receive instructions from the professional staff on how to operate the Seakart safely and efficiently.
- Begin your Seakart adventure, enjoying the adrenaline rush as you ride the waves and experience the speed and maneuverability of the Seakart.
- Follow the designated routes and guidelines provided by the staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride.
- Take breaks as needed to rest and rehydrate during your Seakart session.
- Capture memorable moments and photos of your Seakart experience.
- After completing the Seakart ride, return the equipment and safety gear provided by the center.
How to Redeem
- Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone. It needs to be verified at the entrance.
Important Information
- You will be notified by our team for the confirmation which needs to be carried with the voucher.
- Please contact our customer support if you do not receive any update from our team within 24 hours.
- Please bring your original passport or Emirates ID with you to be presented at the counter.
- This experience is NOT suitable for pregnant women.
- NO previous experience is required.
- Children under 6 years will not be allowed for this activity due to safety reasons.
- Driver must be at least 16 years old.
- Guests are requested to wear comfortable clothes that you are okay with getting a bit wet, just in-case. Best to wear water-proof clothes or swimwear (some tours include swimming time).
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee.

Yes, you may produce an eVoucher at the time of your tour. However, it’s mandatory to carry a hard copy of the ticket or voucher when you visit a theme park or a popular landmark in the country. Without a valid voucher or ticket, your entry may be sometimes restricted. It is equally vital to ensure that you bring all relevant documents by way of ID proof (as required) for your tour.
This largely depends on the cancellation policies of your tour. However, some Tours are governed by Third Party Contracts and are liable as per third party policies. Normally it may take 7 working days.
Yes, it’s possible to make amendments in your travel arrangements. But make sure that you send us an amendment request and get it confirmed well in advance of your travel date. Also, please be informed that amendments will be accepted only in accordance with the respective tour’s terms and conditions.

Yes, we do offer the selection of Hotels on our Website. You get multiple options for the Hotel selection according to the Star category. All you need to do is you just need to select an option of Hotel according to your requirement.
No reconfirmation of booking is required. Nevertheless, the booking of certain tours is subject to availability. In such a case, our Sales Representative will send you an email, clearly detailing the entire options about the tour availability, and book the tour or tickets according to your convenience.
